Car leasing is essentially a long-term car rental. You will pay a fixed monthly fee to use the vehicle for an agreed length of time and number of miles. We offer contracts between 6 – 12 months.

Car leasing is a great option if you want to drive a new car without purchasing one. Our contracts allow you to change your car frequently, so you can enjoy all the latest makes and models.

Yes our cars and vans can be used for business purposes.

This will need to be discussed with your accountant.

Use of the vehicle for the agreed rental period, our generous mileage allowance and a completely hassle-free experience. If you stay within our mileage limits, you will not normally need to have the vehicle serviced.

Insurance, fuel, excess mileage and any damage waiver or allowance.

Yes, subject to you staying within the agreed mileage allowance (some of our vehicles will come with a higher mileage allowance and they may require a service).

No, unless it is provided in the manufacturer’s package.

You will need to notify us immediately and then claim under your insurance. The proceeds will need to be paid to First Flexi Lease to settle the agreement, and if there is a shortfall between what is owed and what is paid, you will pay the difference.

Yes, we provide a full manufacturer’s warranty.

Some of our agreements allow you to choose your mileage whereas others are fixed. We recommend choosing the mileage you know you will be able to stay within.

We reserve the right to carry out background checks to ensure you can meet your commitments. However, there are normally no credit scores or credit searches undertaken.

The vehicle must be used for domestic, business, social or pleasure purposes. They cannot be used for private hire, rental and rallies (other restrictions may apply, please see our terms and conditions).

Yes, however this may increase the monthly payments.

We can arrange delivery (subject to an additional cost) which will usually take 7- 10 days, or you can collect it from us.

Delivery and collection are not included in our agreements unless specified. We can arrange delivery and collection if required.

You will need to inform us before any work is done.

Please see our terms and conditions as this will depend on the manufacturer. Some are on a sliding scale and in extreme cases you may need to purchase the vehicle.

No, we cannot make changes once the agreement is in place.

No, unless agreed with First Flexi Lease.

You can lease another vehicle with us which can be pre-ordered, or you can end your contract.

Yes, we do offer leases to individuals with bad credit. We understand that credit issues can happen, so our approach is to look at each case individually. While we do perform a soft credit check to verify your address and identity, we don’t rely solely on credit scores or computers to make our decisions. We’re just people who will listen to your situation, and the decision is ultimately ours. If there are any credit issues, it’s best to provide us with some background information, so we can consider your application comprehensively. Feel free to get in touch, and we’ll be happy to discuss your options!

The deposit required can vary depending on the vehicle and the specific lease terms. Typically, we ask for a deposit equivalent to one or two months of the monthly payment. For example, if your monthly payment is £400, the deposit could be around £400 to £800. However, the “Flexi” in First Flexi Lease is exactly that — we try to be as flexible as possible and can tailor the deal to suit most budgets. We can increase or reduce initial payments or monthly rentals to try to get you within your budget. Feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution!

While we can’t skip the credit check entirely, we do perform only a soft credit check. This is used primarily to verify your address and identity. If you’re concerned about your credit, providing proof of income, bank statements, and any other relevant financial documents can help us assess your application more flexibly. We’re more interested in your ability to afford the lease rather than just your credit score alone.
